Weddings
Weddings typically include 8-10 hours of coverage, depending on what your day needs. I'm with you every step of the way to create a package that best suits your needs. Couples typically invest between $5,000 - $6,000 with me. All weddings include an engagement session, educational guides, and timeline assistance. Add-ons like film photography, wedding albums, and print packs are also available.

Engagement sessions are so fun. We get to hang out in some of your favorite spots as we get to know each other, get comfortable in front of the camera, and make incredible memories together documenting your love. Couples typically invest $500-$600 with me for these sessions. This includes about one hour of photography and an online gallery with unlimited downloads.

First things first, let's get in touch! The best way to reach me is to fill out my contact form found here on my website. I'd love to set up a time to chat via phone or video to get to know each other and what you're envisioning for your photography needs. I'll also get the chance to tell you what it's like to work together with me on your big day, and figure out which package best suits your needs.
Make it Official
After our call together, I will send you a proposal that lists out the package that best fits your needs, a payment plan, and photography contract. If you feel we are a good fit for each other, you'll sign the contract and send the deposit and we will be officially booked together for your big day!
Engagement Session
Up next is to plan your engagement session! The engagement session is my favorite part of the process as I get to capture your love in a relaxed setting without any tight timelines we need to stick to. You'll be able to get a feel for my shooting style so that you are complete pros for your wedding day!
Your Big Day!
This is it, you're getting MARRIED! By now, we've created a beautiful timeline, and had our final check in before the wedding. We will be totally ready to take on the day and create some beautiful memories of your love for each other. Relax, have fun, and celebrate! I'll take care of leading you throughout your day so you don't have to worry about a thing.

your first family heirloom
Most of my packages come with a wedding album included because I believe so strongly that your photos deserve to be printed. Photos don't live inside our phone, they belong on the page where you can see and feel them in real life. An album tells the story of your day in a way that no other product can. And it lives on to tell that story to your children and grandchildren.
I came from a family that didn't talk much to each other, but we had tons of family albums which is where I got to learn so much about my culture and family. Without those albums I never would've been able to see my parents in the younger days, or my grandparents taking care of my mom.
When you face trials in your marriage, and like my grandma always said, "it's not IF you will face trials, but WHEN," I challenge you to sit side by side on the sofa and look through your wedding album together. I don't know any couple who could do this and not be reminded of their love and the fact that they can make it through anything...as long as they have one another.

02. What does the payment process look like?
For WEDDINGS: The payments are split into 30%/30%/40%. The first 30% is a non-refundable deposit. The 2nd 30% is due halfway. The final 40% is due on the wedding.
For ALL OTHER photography: 50% due at signing to hold the date. 50% due on day of event.

03. Do you offer rain dates?
No, I do not offer rain dates. If the weather is terrible the date of your session, we can reschedule at no charge for a future date. I am a believer that a little bit of rain or snow can actually make for even more beautiful photos. Life is unexpected and your love will shine through any weather conditions. The focus of my images is your love story- not the location we've decided to take your photos.
04. Do you use watermark?
You will not see a watermark on your photos. In return I ask you to credit me by tagging me @richeldiazphoto if you post anything on social media. If you invite guests into your gallery, they will see a watermark and have the option of purchasing the high resolution download without the watermark.
05. Can I re-edit/filter the photos?
I kindly ask you to refrain from re-editing or adding filters to my work. If you have a specific look in mind please let me know and I will tell you if it aligns with my style of photography.
